We were very pleased recently to be asked to help our customer TMfit Personal Training Studio with their new outdoor training area.
A sector that has been heavily impacted by the pandemic, TMfit, who are based in near Howe Street, Chelmsford, have been able to continue offering their customers the opportunity to train and improve their fitness by using their outdoor space.
Of course the only problem with outdoor training is that our lovely British weather is not always the most reliable, even here in the sunny county of Essex! To solve this problem a metal structure was built to provide a roof over a 33 square metre area adjacent to the gym. To provide further protection from the elements Chelmer Print produced 4 large mesh PVC banners to attach to the frame.
The banners, measuring up to 2.9 x 2.2 metres at their largest point, are printed on a 340gsm mesh PVC. The material has thousands of micro holes in which, unlike conventional banner material, allow for air to flow through the banner so it is less likely to be damaged by high winds and also ensures it does not completely block out the sunlight.
In addition to providing protection from the elements, the banners also provide an excellent opportunity to enhance your branding and can be printed with logos, images etc to get your message across. And the banners at TMfit certainly add a bit of colour to the surroundings.
